Our #FibreFebruary campaign will be running again in 2020 and our aims are to highlight the importance of dietary fibre and inform consumers of the fibre contribution made by bread and other flour-based products.

The campaign is being as a response to research which suggests half of all male adults and three-quarters of women are eating well under the recommended daily intake of 30g of fibre.

We have developed some educational resources which are available to schools, teachers and educators free of charge on the Food A Fact of Life website.

We are partnering with the Association for Nutrition and running a Twitter chat session aimed at qualified nutritionists. This will take place on Tuesday 18 February from 8pm. More details can be found here.

Recipe videos, information videos and infographics will be posted on social media during the campaign.
